The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges: towelling, accessories, jewellery, art, custom orders including our marble products. Refunds will only be accepted if the item is faulty, we do not refund for change of mind.
All furniture items and lighting may be returned for a credit subject to a possible restocking fee of 20% of the items total cost so please choose carefully. All stock must come in the original packaging and exactly as it was shipped, otherwise it will not be accepted. Manyara Home will not accept a return of installed, customised or rewired lighting fixtures.
We do not accept refunds for items that have been paid or partially paid and stored to hold the piece for a Designer or showroom client. Manyara Home does not accept responsibility for change of mind in this circumstance and any change of mind will result in a credit note only.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and all inclusive delivery charges. All items being returned must be insured. All returns need to be traceable through Australia Post to ensure safe delivery for both the customer and Manyara Home. All returns must be received by Manyara Home in original condition and packaging within 2 weeks of purchase date. We accept all returns in store if you wish to travel to our showroom to exchange or return your product.
