Returns Policy


 The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges: towelling, accessories, jewellery, art, custom or special orders including our marble products. Refunds will only be accepted if the item is faulty, we do not refund for change of mind.   

All furniture items and lighting may be returned for a credit subject to a possible restocking fee of 20% of the items total cost so please choose carefully. All credits in-store or online are valid for 6 months only. All stock must come in the original packaging and exactly as it was shipped, otherwise it will not be accepted. Manyara Home will not accept a return of installed, customised or rewired lighting fixtures. 

We do not accept refunds for items that have been paid or partially paid and stored to hold or manufacture a piece for a Designer or showroom client. Manyara Home does not accept responsibility for change of mind in this circumstance and any change of mind will result in a credit note only.

Our team at Manyara Home pays due diligence to checking on lead times and communicating with our clients with all updates from suppliers if necessary. International suppliers are experiencing delays on orders due to the global pandemic, especially India and China at present. We will notify you if there are any delays to an order placed with us. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping and all inclusive delivery charges. All items being returned must be insured. All returns need to be traceable through Australia Post to ensure safe delivery for both the customer and Manyara Home. All returns must be received by Manyara Home in original condition and packaging within 2 weeks of purchase date. We accept all returns in store if you wish to travel to our showroom to exchange or return your product. 


All Gift cards purchased at Manyara Home on or after November 1st 2019 are valid for three years. We will endeavour to notify you six months before your gift card expires. Please provide an email and phone number for the recipient fo the gift card at the time of purchase. 

We are not responsible for refunding money or price adjustments for items that were purchased at full price and have been subsequently marked down online or in the showroom after the purchase date.
